Dear Friends- It was an absolute pleasure to be invited to the ICE Olympics 2025 Sports Fest Padel Championship—a fantastic event celebrating talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Competing with young, talented sportsmen and giving them tough time was a real joy. Playing the finals against the British High Commission team was a splendid experience (as the pictures show, one of them was a real top class lawn tennis player, a gora!). Abdul Momin played exceptionally well. And honestly, not securing 1st position wasn’t all that bad—the journey itself was the real win.

I had the privilege to participate in the ICAP Conference held on 11th September 2025 at Serena Hotel, Peshawar, where leading voices from finance, governance, and industry came together to share insights on strategic leadership, economic resilience, innovation, and sustainable growth. During the conference, I delivered a presentation on “What’s Holding Back the Listed Companies?”, where I highlighted the critical reforms required to strengthen Pakistan’s capital markets and unlock future growth potential, expectedly for Peshawar. The conference featured distinguished keynote speakers and panelists, including: • Mr. Hassan Raza (MD & CEO, Bank of Khyber) • Mr. Ashfaq Yousuf Tola (President SAFA) • Mr. Irfan Saleem (CFO, Bank of Khyber) • Mr. M.
